The European Military and Economic Treaty [EMET]

The European Military and Economic Treaty[EMIT] Is a new Orginization meant to promote Cooperation between European Countries to prevent foreign powers from destabilizing the European continent its also meant to make Economic cooperation between countries easier.

Article 1. An attack on One State is An Attack On all States in the organization

1a. This does not apply to wars waged by members of the Treaty

1b. If a member state is attacked but asks that their is no intervention then members shall oblige.

1c. This article does not apply to rebellions


Article 2. All members of this organization shall send a diplomatic representation consisting of at least 2 representatives

2a. This does not include drivers, security, or other essential personell

2b. A meeting will be held twice per month

2c. All nations must attend meetings unless prior notice

Article 3. When the organization reaches 5 members a chairman will be elected

3a. Chairman will serve a 6 month term with the ability to be re-elected 3 more times

3b. Chairman will not vote but will serve as a tiebreaker

3c. Chairman shall be given a larger security detail than normal delegates

Article 4. Feuds between member states will be watched over by a group of judges not from those nations

4a. A courthouse will be established in each member nation for this purpose

4b. The judges will also preside over warcriminal trials, Economic lawsuits, etc.

Article 5. All member nations must not commit severe war crimes [OOCLY just try and hide it basically, but no genocides or stuff like that]

5a. If a member or observer commits severe warcrimes they will be put on probation
